Integration Engineer - CIS Application

Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Functional, Integration, SIT, and UAT testing for the Ericsson CIS application

- Provide end-to-end UAT support, including coordination and issue resolution

- Execute Product Configuration in customer environments during production maintenance windows

- Deliver customer demos and solution walkthroughs

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Extensive experience in Ericsson CIS Application

- Strong expertise in Product Configuration using CIS Admin and Circle GUI

- Knowledge of Ericsson Charging System

- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing

- Good working knowledge of Unix / Linux

- Proven experience in handling UAT and SIT independently.
