Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Integration Architecture and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration solutions, enabling seamless connectivity across enterprise applications, APIs, and messaging systems while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and define enterprise-wide integration architecture and integration strategies.

- Architect and implement solutions using IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).

- Develop and govern API-led integration frameworks using IBM API Connect.

- Design and implement application integrations using IBM App Connect.

- Build and support event-driven architectures for real-time business processes.

- Define and implement integration patterns, messaging architectures, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of integration platforms.

- Establish governance standards for APIs, integrations, and enterprise connectivity.

- Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development and integration teams.

- Support integration modernization initiatives and cloud-native adoption strategies.

- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and operations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Integration and Solution Architecture.

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Integration Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).

- Strong knowledge of :

1. IBM API Connect

2. IBM App Connect

3. Event-Driven Architecture

4. API-Led Integration

5. Messaging Systems

6. Enterprise Integration Patterns

- Experience designing scalable and secure integration solutions across complex enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of API lifecycle management and integration governance.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- OpenShift and Kubernetes.

- Instana Monitoring.

- API Security (OAuth, OpenID Connect, TLS).

- DevOps and CI/CD practices.

- Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural design capabilities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor integration teams.
