Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Develop dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.

- Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation.

- Support business decisions with data-backed recommendations.

- Automate reporting processes for efficiency.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

- Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and generate predictive insights.

- Use AI/ML-assisted analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, AutoML, or similar) to improve productivity and analytical depth.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

- Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Good understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques.

- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred).

- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools or generative AI for data exploration, query generation, and workflow automation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in the fintech or insurtech domain.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, or AI-enabled BI tools.
