Instavans is building a multi-product logistics SaaS platform for India covering Transport Management (TMS), Rail Management (RMS), Hub operations and more. Our products are used by large enterprises in steel, cement, and manufacturing to move trucks, rakes and shipments with precision.

We are looking for a Frontend Lead who can own our web experience end-to-end and set the bar for UI engineering across products.

Using GenAI and Agentic AI are highly valued, as also Quick and Deep Thinking and Good Eduation

Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead the frontend architecture for our core products (Next.js + React).

- Work closely with Product, Design and Backend leads to translate complex logistics workflows into clean, intuitive UIs.

- Working with GenAI, or Agentic AI, plus Vibe Coding, to reduce our Time-to-Market is a strong requirement for the job.

- Define and build a shared component library / design system used across multiple apps and teams.

- Drive performance : Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, code-splitting, SSR/ISR, and caching.

- Mentor 2 to 4 frontend / full stack engineers via reviews, pairing and standards.

- Take a hands-on role in complex screens : control tower dashboards, maps, live tracking, analytics views.

Required Skills / Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of frontend experience in product companies.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

a. React and Next.js

b. TypeScript

- State management (React Query / Zustand / Redux or similar)

- Testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or similar)

- Solid understanding of performance, and responsive UI for complex dashboards.

- Experience working closely with backend APIs (REST) and real-time data (websockets/SSE) is a big plus.

Education :

- Tier-1 engineering college (IIT / BITS / top NIT / top IIIT or equivalent).
