Role : Cross-Platform App Engineer (4+ Years)

Focus : Mobile Engineering + Azure Infrastructure Awareness

Work Mode : Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Office Location : Crystal Palm, Jaipur

Role Summary :

Own the mobile experience for a security-sensitive consumer application, with a strong focus on modern UI/UX polish, performance, and robust authentication flows across iOS and Android.

The role also requires close collaboration with Azure-hosted backend and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable mobile integrations.

Core Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain a high-quality cross-platform mobile application with strong UI fidelity and performance.

- Implement secure authentication and session management flows, including redirect-based login, deep linking/app links, token storage, and session handling.

- Integrate mobile apps with Azure-hosted backend services, ensuring clean API integration, robust error handling, offline/poor-network behavior, and analytics/telemetry.

- Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams on Azure-based services, identity flows, and environment configurations.

- Own mobile release readiness, including build/distribution pipelines, App Store/Play Store compliance, crash triage, and controlled rollouts.

Technology Stack :

Core Mobile Stack :

- React Native or Flutter

- TypeScript / Dart

- REST APIs

- Secure storage (Keychain / Keystore abstractions)

- Deep linking / App Links

- Mobile build and release processes

Cloud & Infrastructure (Working Knowledge) :

- Integration with Azure-hosted backend services

- Understanding of authentication/authorization flows (Azure AD or similar)

- Familiarity with Azure environments (Dev/UAT/Prod), logging, and monitoring

Nice to Have :

- Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) for debugging or platform-specific work

- Mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions)

- Crash analytics and feature flag tools

- Basic awareness of Azure infrastructure components

Must-Have Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in mobile engineering with ownership of cross-platform apps

- Strong UI delivery skills with performance profiling and debugging capability

- Hands-on experience implementing authentication and session flows

- Ability to handle real-world edge cases (network failures, session expiry, error recovery)

- Comfortable working in a WFO setup (MonSat) at Crystal Palm, Jaipur
