About the role :

As a Senior Project Manager, you will run the entire project life cycle from end to end, with the adherence to the PMI process. We will count on you to lead projects and work on the execution and drive to close.

Along the way, you will get to :

- Perform disciplined execution of individual client-facing or internal projects within defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters

- Focus on day-to-day project delivery, ensuring that approved project plans are executed effectively by coordinating tasks, managing dependencies, tracking progress, and resolving operational issues as they arise.

- Act as the primary interface to the customer, other vendors, and alliance personnel associated with the Projects Team. Work closely with delivery teams, functional stakeholders, and clients to manage requirements, control changes within approved limits, and ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies and organizational standards.

- Facilitate the creation / review / approval / delivery relevant Solution Documents ready for the Implementation phase of the project.

- Facilitate user stories creation, logging them into Agile Platform (JIRA, ADO), Definition of Done, report appropriate project measures/KPIs

- Accountable for maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting project status, risks, and issues in a timely manner, and escalating concerns appropriately when thresholds are exceeded

- Ensure that contractual commitments and service expectations are met, project deliverables are accepted, and handoffs to operations or support teams are completed smoothly

- Acquire budget approval for all Project Costs - hardware & software spend, resource costs, licenses, etc.

What we're looking for :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

- PMP/Prince 2 Certification

- Cloud Certifications are an added advantage.

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Project and Program Management

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

- Hands on experience with Clarizen tool is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

- Working experience on Infrastructure, Data and Application related Cloud Projects
