InnovationM is partnering with a premier global foundation to drive a strategic Central Government initiative aimed at national-scale digital transformation. As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design of a population-scale ecosystem focused on AI-powered skilling, entrepreneurship, and job creation. This project involves architecting mission-critical platforms that integrate with national digital infrastructure to empower millions of citizens. You will play a pivotal role in bridging high-level governance goals with cutting-edge technology, building a "future-ready" backbone for India's digital and economic growth

Role and Responsibilities :

- Design and own the end-to-end blueprint for a Python, Node.js, and React-based ecosystem, ensuring it meets national-scale performance standards.

- Architect systems capable of handling millions of concurrent users, focusing on low-latency response times and high availability.

- Lead the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into the platform to enhance skilling and entrepreneurship workflows.

- Implement robust security protocols and data privacy standards in alignment with Central Government digital mandates.

- Provide high-level guidance to engineering teams, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices in Microservices and API design.

- Act as the technical bridge between InnovationM, the foundation, and government stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with project milestones.

- Balance rapid feature delivery with long-term code maintainability and architectural integrity

Requirements :

- 10+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a Solution Architecture role managing complex, distributed systems.

- Proven expertise in Python (for AI/ML and backend services), Node.js (for scalable API layers), and React (for high-performance, responsive frontends).

- Deep experience in Microservices architecture, Event-driven patterns, and designing for population-scale traffic.

- Proficiency in polyglot persistence, including Relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), and Caching (Redis).

- Extensive experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and automated CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience or strong conceptual understanding of integrating LLMs and GenAI into enterprise workflows.

- Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to both government stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
