- Project Management Processes.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure timely delivery.

- Facilitate requirement discussions, project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and status updates.

- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Support project planning, effort estimation, prioritization, and delivery tracking activities.

- Research emerging technologies, AI tools, and productivity solutions that can improve project execution and delivery.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for requirement management, documentation, reporting, testing, and development workflows.

Requirements :

- 4 - 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Project Management or related roles.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.

- Ability to independently manage assigned projects or modules with a high level of ownership and accountability.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Good understanding of technology concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Exposure to AI tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

- Research-oriented mindset with a habit of exploring new AI tools, automation solutions, and industry trends.

- Ability to identify and recommend tools that can help accelerate coding, improve documentation, streamline testing, automate repetitive tasks, and reduce delivery turnaround time.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
