Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior .NET Engineer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. Youll play a pivotal role in designing robust backend systems using .NET (C#) and dynamic frontends with Angular, while mentoring developers and driving architectural excellence across our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular

- Lead technical initiatives and coordinate development efforts across teams

- Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and DevOps

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables

- Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through knowledge-sharing and guidance

- Manage Agile sprints, assign tasks, and track progress using tools like Azure DevOps

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex, distributed systems
