Job Description :
As UX Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the UX vision, strategy, and design direction for our suite of data analytics products.
You will lead a cross-functional UX team, collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and ensure our solutions are intuitive, accessible, and delightful for users across the globe.
10+ years of experience in UX design with a significant portion in leadership roles.
About the Role : Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain UX standards, guidelines, and scalable design systems.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing UX team including designers, researchers, and content writers.
- Oversee user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Ensure design consistency across all product lines and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to drive a unified user experience.
- Champion user-centered design methodologies and accessibility best practices.
- Monitor and improve user satisfaction, engagement, and adoption metrics using data-driven insights.
- Review and approve critical UX deliverables ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Identify team skill gaps and lead UX training and upskilling initiatives.
- Set up design review processes and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve design quality.
- Benchmark UX performance and practices against global standards and industry trends.
- Drive UX integration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration on UX initiatives.
- Advocate for UX at the executive level, influencing strategic discussions and investment in design.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX leadership across complex B2B or data-intensive products.
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and UX strategy.
- Experience building and scaling design systems and standards across product suites.
- Proven success in leading UX teams in agile environments.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, dashboards, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
