Role Overview :
We are looking for a tech-driven domain expert to lead the transformation of industrial air systems using AI, data analytics, and smart automation.
This is a hybrid techno-functional leadership role at the intersection of :
- Industrial systems (compressors, control systems)
- AI/ML-driven optimization
- SaaS product strategy
You will act as a bridge between field engineering, data science, and product teams, influencing architecture, analytics models, and real-world system performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead AI-driven optimization initiatives for industrial compressor systems across global deployments
- Define and evolve system architecture & master control strategies using real-time data insights
- Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering teams to improve predictive models and optimization algorithms
- Translate field data into product features, analytics improvements, and roadmap inputs
- Act as a technical SME in customer discussions, solution design, and system audits
- Monitor live IoT-enabled systems, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
- Guide L3 support and ensure high system reliability, performance, and scalability
Required Skills (Tech + Domain) :
Core Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of Industrial IoT (IIoT), SCADA, PLC, or automation systems
- Experience with data-driven system optimization / analytics platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in industrial systems (predictive maintenance, optimization, anomaly detection)
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms and system integrations
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, telemetry systems, or real-time monitoring platforms
Domain Expertise :
- Hands-on experience with compressed air systems / industrial compressors
- Proven track record in system optimization, audits, and performance improvement
- Expertise in control logic, master control strategies, and system design
Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights
- Excellent stakeholder communication (global teams & clients)
Good to Have :
- Experience working with AI-based industrial SaaS products
- Knowledge of Python / data analytics tools (optional but valuable)
- Exposure to energy optimization / sustainability solutions
