We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud ETL Architect to play a foundational leadership role within our Digital Transformation (DT) Data Practice.

Key Responsibilities :

- Play a foundational leadership role within our Digital Transformation (DT) Data Practice.

- Extend far beyond ETL pipeline design and development, requiring the architect to define enterprise-wide data architecture strategies.

- Lead cloud-native data modernization initiatives.

- Design scalable, secure, high-performance, and analytics-ready data platforms across leading hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Drive architecture decisions for enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse implementations, real-time and batch data integration, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks.

- Establish best practices, reference architectures, reusable design patterns, and technical standards.

- Act as a trusted technology advisor, actively engaging with clients, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to understand business objectives.

- Translate business objectives into robust technical solutions and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and client presentations by developing solution blueprints, effort estimations, migration strategies, and implementation roadmaps that align with business and technology goals.

- Design data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage, master data management, data quality, security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory controls while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices.

- Drive DataOps and DevSecOps adoption through CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence, enabling reliable and cost-efficient data platforms.

- Provide technical governance across multiple delivery programs by conducting architecture reviews, mentoring solution architects and engineering teams, resolving complex technical challenges, managing technology risks, and ensuring consistency, scalability, performance, and security across enterprise implementations.

- Collaborate across cross-functional teams, influence executive decision-making, foster innovation, and deliver successful digital transformation outcomes that support advanced analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML initiatives, and long-term enterprise data strategy.
