About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO S/4HANA Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Controlling processes in an S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP CO and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions.

- Configure and support SAP Controlling functionalities in an S/4HANA environment.

- Work on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

- Configure cost allocations, assessments, distributions, settlements, and period-end closing processes.

- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis activities.

- Work on product costing, cost estimates, standard costing, and production variance analysis.

- Support Profitability Analysis processes and management reporting requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.

- Leverage S/4HANA Finance capabilities, including the Universal Journal and ACDOCA.

- Analyze functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.

- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Support data migration, configuration validation, and cutover activities during implementations or rollouts.

- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, user guides, and training materials.

- Provide production support and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and other functional consultants to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 10 years of relevant experience in SAP CO.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Good knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

- Strong understanding of Product Costing and Profitability Analysis.

- Experience with planning, allocations, settlements, and period-end closing.

- Good understanding of SAP FI integration with CO.

- Working knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and PP.

- Understanding of S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

- Experience in SAP configuration and functional troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of business process mapping and requirement analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- SAP CO/S/4HANA certification will be an added advantage.

- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or AMS/support projects is preferred.
