Role Overview :

As an SAP BASIS Consultant, you will serve as a critical technical anchor for our enterprise clients, ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of their SAP landscapes. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, infrastructure architects, and business stakeholders to manage complex SAP environments.

Your day-to-day efforts will directly impact the reliability of mission-critical business processes, ensuring that our clients' SAP systems remain resilient, secure, and optimized for high-performance business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance to ensure high availability for global business operations.

- Execute SAP S/4HANA migrations and system upgrades, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless transitions for enterprise users.

- Monitor system performance and perform proactive tuning to optimize database and application server efficiency.

- Lead SAP implementation and rollout projects, coordinating technical requirements with functional teams to meet specific business objectives.

- Provide expert-level SAP support, troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving incidents to maintain business continuity.

- Implement robust security protocols and backup strategies to protect sensitive client data and ensure system integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA, with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale SAP environments.

- Possess hands-on experience in S/4HANA architecture, including system landscape design and technical migration strategies.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve intricate technical bottlenecks within the SAP stack.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable business solutions.

- Adapt seamlessly to distributed work environments, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across multiple locations.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, supported by 5 to 9 years of relevant professional experience.
