Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute performance test plans using Load Runner and JMeter.

- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle.

- Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to ensure optimal application performance.

- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test findings and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications :

- BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5 - 9 years of experience in performance testing with proficiency in Load Runner and JMeter.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and identify performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.

- Proven track record of successful performance testing in complex software environments.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate testing results and recommendations.
