Key Responsibilities :
IT & Infrastructure Management :
- Manage day-to-day IT operations across, software, and networking.
- Implement and oversee initiatives involving IT Asset Management (ITAM), cybersecurity, infrastructure upgrades, and video conferencing systems.
- Monitor, manage, and support LAN/WAN networks, servers, endpoint devices, and backup solutions.
- Coordinate with central IT teams for firewall, switch, antivirus, and other critical IT services.
Regulatory & Compliance :
- Ensure strict compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 27001:2022, USFDA, NABL, GAMP 5, and GLP standards.
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) for laboratory applications and ensure documentation integrity.
- Maintain software licensing, implement SAM (Software Asset Management), and track usage to avoid violations.
Lab Systems & Applications :
- Provide hands-on support for lab-specific systems and devices like ELN, SDMS, Chromeleon, HPLC, GC, FTIR, PSA, UV, and Shimadzu systems.
- Collaborate with lab personnel to troubleshoot and ensure smooth operation of analytical instrumentation software.
Project & Team Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of 23 IT engineers (local or remote).
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on IT operations.
- Track and implement IT-related Management of Change (MoC) and support ongoing business projects.
- Manage SAP PR creation, coordination with procurement and finance, and monitor IT budgets.
Vendor & Contract Management :
- Handle vendor coordination, contract renewals, and SLA compliance reviews.
- Oversee bandwidth, networking, and end-user computing service contracts.
Documentation & Training :
- Maintain IT documentation and change management logs in line with compliance.
- Design and conduct internal IT training for users and team members on systems, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, networking, and data security frameworks.
- Experience with SAP PR processes, budget tracking, and IT project management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and vendor relationships effectively.
