Information Technology Application Support Engineer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead application development, enhancements, migrations, and vendor implementations.

- Manage application support, SLAs, uptime, incident resolution, and documentation.

- Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Research teams.

- Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI, AMFI) and data security standards.

- Manage vendors, licensing, renewals, budgets, and optimize application TCO.

- Lead a small team of developers/support analysts.

Experience & Skills :

- 10 - 14 years overall IT experience.

- 4 - 6 years in PMS / MF / Wealth Management application management.

- Strong in application architecture, API integrations, SQL, and cloud.

- Experience in SDLC, third-party product implementation & integrations.

- Deep understanding of PMS/MF data flows (OMS, Portfolio, Reporting, Compliance).

- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills.
