Informatica MDM Lead Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Informatica MDM Lead Developer to lead and deliver enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role involves owning the technical architecture, driving development best practices, and ensuring high data quality, governance, and integration across complex data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, Product 360 (P360), and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), along with proven leadership capabilities to guide teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and architecture of Informatica MDM and Data Integration solutions

- Ensure alignment with customer requirements, industry best practices, and project objectives

- Define solution standards, frameworks, and reusable components for MDM implementations

- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex MDM and integration challenges MDM

- Design, develop, and manage Informatica MDM solutions including data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchies

- Hands-on experience with Product 360 (P360) for product master data management

- Administer MDM environments including configurations, deployments, and performance tuning

- Ensure effective implementation of data governance and stewardship workflows

- Lead development using Informatica IDMC, specifically : Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Cloud Application Integration (CAI)

- Design and implement advanced ETL and data ingestion workflows

- Integrate data from multiple source systems ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability

- Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and maintainability

- Design and implement data quality rules, validations, and workflows

- Ensure consistent master data standards and compliance with governance policies

- Collaborate with business and data governance teams to define quality metrics and KPIs

- Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy and completeness

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices

- Drive performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and data management standards

- Maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of experience in Informatica MDM development and implementation

- Strong hands-on expertise in: Informatica MDM (development, administration, configuration) Product 360 (P360) Informatica IDMC CDI & CAI

- Deep understanding of master data concepts, data modeling, match/merge, and survivorship

- Expertise Strong experience in ETL design, data integration, and workflow orchestration

- Knowledge of data quality frameworks and governance tools

- Experience working with complex enterprise data landscapes

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven experience leading technical teams and solution design

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a contract and hybrid work environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise MDM programs

- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and hybrid architectures

- Prior experience working in UK shift or global delivery models
