Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Consultant to configure, implement, and operate Informatica MDM solutions that deliver trusted golden records, high data quality, and secure integrations.

The role involves close collaboration with data engineering, integration, and business teams to support enterprise-wide master data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

MDM Configuration & Operations :

- Configure and manage Informatica MDM Hub and IDD, including :

1. Match & Merge rules.

2. Survivorship rules.

3. Trust frameworks.

- Implement and maintain golden record management across domains.

Data Integration & Quality :

- Design and develop ETL pipelines using :

1. Informatica IICS.

2. PowerCenter.

- Build and manage Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) rules to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

APIs & Publishing :

- Expose SIF and REST APIs to publish and consume golden records.

- Implement security controls for services and integrations.

Stewardship & Support :

- Support data stewardship workflows, exception handling, and remediation processes.

- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure adherence to issue resolution SLAs.

Performance & Optimization :

- Monitor MDM hub performance and system health.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization.

- Support CI/CD pipelines for MDM deployments.

Required Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub and IDD.

- ETL development using Informatica IICS and/or PowerCenter.

- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) implementation experience.

- Expertise in SIF and REST-based integrations.

- Experience with data stewardship workflows and exception handling.

- Understanding of MDM architecture, golden record concepts, and data governance.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Master Data domains such as :

1. Customer MDM.

2. Product MDM.

3. Hierarchy and relationship management.

4. CI/CD automation and scripting.

5. Advanced performance monitoring and tuning.

- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms.
