Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Architect with 810 years of experience to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Master Data Management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for defining architecture frameworks, leading integration strategies, and ensuring high-quality master data management across enterprise systems.

This role requires deep expertise in MDM architecture, data integration, and enterprise data governance, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Master Data Management architecture using Informatica platforms.

- Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise data management solutions.

- Define data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and data integration strategies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align MDM solutions with organizational data strategies.

- Manage and oversee integration between MDM systems and enterprise applications.

- Ensure data consistency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance across data domains.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Identify opportunities for performance optimization and system improvements.

- Support project planning, delivery management, and stakeholder communication.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Informatica Master Data Management

- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter

- Hands-on experience with data modeling and data architecture

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration frameworks

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns

- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management

- Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and big data ecosystems

- Proficiency in SQL and performance optimization techniques

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, MDM implementation, or enterprise data management.

- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level MDM solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and large-scale enterprise environments.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
