Architect role :

We are seeking a seasoned Informatica B2B Integration Architect to lead a mission-critical digital transformation.

In this role, you will spearhead the migration of our legacy B2B ecosystem currently running on IBM ITX (Transformation Extender) and Sterling B2B Integrator to the latest Informatica B2B Data Exchange and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

Key Responsibilities :

- Migration Strategy & Leadership: Define the end-to-end architectural roadmap for migrating complex EDI and non-EDI workflows from IBM stacks to Informatica.

- Design & Development: Architect scalable B2B solutions using Informatica B2B Data Exchange (DX) and Data Transformation (DT).

- Lead the design of Mappings, Taskflows, and connection profiles in IICS.

- Legacy Decommissioning: Analyze existing IBM ITX maps and Sterling workflows to translate business logic into modern Informatica patterns without losing data integrity or operational continuity.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for external trading partners during the migration phase, ensuring seamless onboarding and connectivity (AS2, SFTP, APIs).

- Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability and low latency for high-volume transaction processing, implementing best practices for error handling and automated reconciliation.

Required Qualifications :

- Expertise in Informatica: Advanced experience with Informatica B2B Data Exchange, Data Transformation (DT/Unstructured Data), and IICS.

- Legacy Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (Business Process Modeling) and IBM ITX (Type Trees and Map design).

- EDI Standards: Deep knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP/S, VAN, API).

- Architectural Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale migration projects from legacy middleware to cloud-native or hybrid integration platforms.

- Problem Solving: Ability to reverse-engineer legacy code and optimize it for a modern integration architecture.
