Role : Informatica IICS/IDMC Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Informatica IICS/IDMC Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our cloud-based Informatica environment.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), with strong hands-on experience in administering data integration, data quality, governance, and cataloging services.

The role will require managing secure agents, performing system upgrades, troubleshooting environment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

IICS Application Integration and REST API experience is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform end-to-end administration of Informatica IICS/IDMC components such as :

- Data Integration (DI)

- Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)

- Data Governance

- Data Catalog (EDC)

- Install, configure, and maintain Secure Agents, manage upgrades, patches, and backups.

- Set up and manage connections, runtime environments, and repository configurations.

- Monitor system performance, job failures, and address platform-level issues proactively.

Work with Application Integration components such as : Processes, Process Objects, Service Connectors

- Assist developers and integration teams in configuring and deploying application integration services.

- Define and enforce governance policies and standards across Informatica cloud tools.

- Automate repetitive tasks through scripting, agent deployment, or leveraging REST APIs.

- Integrate IICS/IDMC with third-party tools for alerting, reporting, or monitoring as required.

- Plan and execute platform upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime.

- Document procedures and maintain platform health reports, usage metrics, and audit logs.

- Coordinate with Informatica support for issue resolution and service requests.

Nice to Have :

- Perform Tableau Server administration, manage user access, schedule extracts, and upgrade Tableau environments.

- Ensure platform scalability, high availability, and compliance with enterprise data policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

7 to 10 years of overall experience in Informatica administration, with :

- 3 to 5 years specifically in IICS/IDMC Administration

Strong expertise in :

- IICS Data Integration (DI)

- Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)

- Data Governance & Catalog

- Proficient in Secure Agent deployment and management

- Solid knowledge of connection setup, upgrades, and patch management

- Hands-on with Application Integration in IICS (Processes, Connectors, Process Objects)

- Familiarity with using REST APIs for automation or third-party integrations

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across technical and business teams

- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments
