Informatica IDMC MDM & CAI Architect

Job Title : Informatica IDMC MDM & CAI Architect.

Job Summary :

The candidate should have strong architecture, design, and troubleshooting experience across IDMC components, including data modeling, real-time integration, CAI process orchestration, and MDM implementations.

This role will also require expertise in building and optimizing ingress/egress jobs, APIs, and workflows to ensure scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and optimize end-to-end data models, hierarchies, and relationships within IDMC MDM solutions.

- Architect and implement ingress/egress pipelines (file-based, FTP/SFTP, API-driven, and streaming integrations).

- Design, build, and troubleshoot CAI processes to orchestrate workflows, integrations, and approvals across C360/S360 applications.

- Define and configure real-time and batch integrations using CDI and CAI to connect with upstream/downstream systems.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM and integration architectures.

- Define and enforce RBAC, governance, and compliance frameworks within IDMC.

- Configure and optimize Data Quality (DQ) rules, match & merge, survivorship, and stewardship processes for accurate master data.

- Design and expose Open APIs to integrate master data with enterprise applications.

- Manage code promotion, environment migrations, and CI/CD pipelines for IDMC assets.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across C360, S360, CDI, and CAI components.

- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and mentoring to developers and integration teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Customer360 (C360) and Supplier360 (S360) implementations.

- Deep experience in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) design and orchestration.

- Strong knowledge of Cloud Data Integration (CDI) for real-time, batch, and API integrations.

- Expertise in data modeling, hierarchies, and relationship management within IDMC.

- Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting ingress/egress jobs, FTP/SFTP, APIs, and file-based pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of DQ rules, match & merge, survivorship, and stewardship.

- Solid experience with Open API design and integration patterns.

- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and code promotion in IDMC.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex integration and architecture issues.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore teams.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for hosting and integration.

- Prior experience in enterprise-wide MDM implementations (Customer, Vendor/Supplier domains).
