Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Infor M3 solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across supply chain and manufacturing processes, with hands-on experience in Infor M3.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Infor M3 Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.

- Configure and support Infor M3 modules based on business and operational requirements.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain, manufacturing, and operational processes.

- Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Configure and support processes related to :

1. Procurement and Purchasing

2. Inventory Management

3. Warehouse Management

4. Sales and Distribution

5. Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

6. Manufacturing Planning and Execution

7. Production Orders and Shop Floor Processes

8. Supply and Demand Planning

9. Product and Item Management

- Define functional solutions while ensuring alignment with standard Infor M3 functionality and best practices.

- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and user documentation.

- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and support defect resolution.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform functional root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with technical, integration, and development teams for customizations and interfaces.

- Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

- Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes through M3 capabilities.

- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience as an Infor M3 Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience with Infor M3 configuration and functional setup.

- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing business processes.

- Experience with one or more of the following Infor M3 areas :

1. Procurement / Purchasing

2. Inventory Management

3. Warehouse Management

4. Sales and Distribution

5. MRP

6. Production Planning

7. Manufacturing Execution

8. Supply Planning

- Good understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, material management, and inventory processes.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable M3 functional solutions.

- Experience working with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
