Infor M3 Functional Consultant - Financial Modules

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant Finance to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Infor M3 Financial modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of finance processes and hands-on experience working with Infor M3 in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Infor M3 Finance solutions.

- Configure and customize Infor M3 Financial modules based on business requirements.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand finance processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Support implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Infor M3 Finance solutions.

- Configure and support processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.

- Support financial integrations with other Infor M3 modules and third-party applications.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and user documentation.

- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide functional solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and integration teams for enhancements and interfaces.

- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities during implementations.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

- Ensure solutions align with standard Infor M3 functionality and recommended best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience as an Infor M3 Functional Consultant with specialization in Finance.

- In-depth functional knowledge of Infor M3 Financial Management.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including :

i. General Ledger (GL)

ii. Accounts Payable (AP)

iii. Accounts Receivable (AR)

iv. Fixed Assets

v. Cash Management

vi. Financial Closing and Reporting

- Hands-on experience with Infor M3 configuration and functional setup.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support.

- Good understanding of financial accounting principles and ERP processes.

- Experience working with business users and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

- Knowledge of integrations between M3 Finance and other ERP/business applications.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
