We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting global payroll solutions across regions like the US and APAC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage SAP SuccessFactors ECP including configuration, enhancements, and support

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable payroll solutions

- Lead end-to-end payroll implementations and integrations with third-party systems

- Configure payroll elements: wage types, schemas, PCRs, deductions, and garnishments

- Handle payroll processing (gross-to-net), compliance, and statutory requirements

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors for successful project delivery

- Troubleshoot payroll and integration issues ensuring data accuracy

- Manage testing cycles: UAT, regression, parallel, and integration testing

- Support year-end activities like W2 processing, audits, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP SuccessFactors ECP Certification (mandatory/preferred)

- Experience in M&A payroll integrations

- Exposure to Workforce Time & Attendance tools
