Job Title : Salesforce Architect - Service & Sales Cloud

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive end-to-end architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Service & Sales Cloud

- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions

- Define data models, integration patterns, and system architecture

- Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools

- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and performance optimization

- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams

- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution alignment

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of IT experience with 5- 6+ years in Salesforce ecosystem

- Strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud & Sales Cloud implementations

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing mechanisms

- Experience with CI/CD, deployment strategies, and DevOps practices

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications (Architect / Application Architect / System Architect / Consultant)

- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and Agile environments
