Purpose of the Position :

We aim to hire a Technical Project Manager to enhance our data-driven decision-making by overseeing data management, generating business insights, integrating BI technologies, and effectively managing delivery across project(s).

This role will drive strategic growth and operational efficiency through effective data utilization.

Key Result Areas and Activities :

- Enhanced Customer Satisfaction : Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure services meet or exceed expectations, fostering strong relationships and trust.

- Contract & Financial Performance Management : Take ownership of the account's contractual and financial performance, working with Financial Analysts and Legal teams to meet obligations and identify growth opportunities.

- Business Growth & Development : Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities by understanding the clients technical setup and evolving priorities.

- Project Oversight & Execution : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects, creating detailed project plans and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Team Leadership & Resource Management : Lead and mentor a team of Analytics developers and Data engineers, managing resources effectively, addressing constraints, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Essential Skills :

- Good understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and reporting tools.

- Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics projects and involvement in managing end-to-end delivery which includes managing Finances, Stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their data services.

- Relevant certifications such as PMP is a must.

Desirable Skills :

- Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in data analytics or project management are a plus.

- Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
