Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, consult, and deliver high-impact AI-led solutions that address complex business challenges. This role combines strategic consulting, hands-on architecture, prototyping, and delivery leadership across Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging AI platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions, while also contributing to innovation, pre-sales, and reusable AI accelerators.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Consulting & Strategy :

- Engage with clients to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

- Define AI strategies, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps aligned with business goals.

- Act as a trusted AI advisor for both technical and business stakeholders.

Solution Architecture & Prototyping :

- Architect end-to-end AI solutions leveraging ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Design solutions using discriminative models (predictive ML) and generative models (LLMs, agents).

- Build rapid proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototypes using no-code/low-code platforms and UI tools.

- Apply AI techniques to solve domain-specific challenges across industries such as retail, pharma, media, and others.

Research, Innovation & Asset Creation :

- Continuously research emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

- Develop reusable AI accelerators, utilities, and demo-ready assets.

- Incubate and mentor teams to create scalable and repeatable AI artifacts.

Proposal Development & Pre-Sales Support :

- Draft solution proposals, technical architectures, and value propositions for AI-led initiatives.

- Deliver presentations, demos, and workshops for clients and prospects.

- Support pre-sales activities including PoCs, client discovery sessions, and solution validations.

Technical Stack & Platform Advisory :

Advise on AI and data platform selection and implementation, including :

Databricks AI, Snowflake Cortex, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock

OpenAI, Anthropic, and LLM fine-tuning frameworks

LangChain, LangGraph, agentic and multi-agent frameworks

Analytics co-pilots and enterprise AI ecosystems

- Recommend optimal technology stacks based on application lifecycle and scalability needs.

Project Delivery & Execution :

- Lead and contribute to Data Science project delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Participate in data discovery, cleansing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

- Build and validate ML models for prediction and optimization use cases.

- Design and implement GenAI workflows including prompt engineering, chunking strategies, and model fine-tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in AI solution architecture, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.

- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering.

- Experience with no-code / low-code AI platforms for rapid prototyping.

- Familiarity with enterprise AI and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.

- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
