Position: Azure Synapse Developer.

Purpose of the Position :

To design, develop, and deploy robust ETL/ELT solutions leveraging Azure Synapse and related technologies, ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and reporting for business intelligence and analytics needs.

Location: Mumbai.

Type of Employment: Full-time.

Key Result Areas and Activities :

- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse for on-premise and cloud environments.

- Develop and optimize stored procedures for data transformation and processing.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy and Power BI.

- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver projects in a multinational environment.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions.

Work and Technical Experience :

Must Have :

- Strong experience in Azure Synapse development and deployment.

- Expertise in writing and optimizing stored procedures.

- Proficiency in MicroStrategy for report development.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

- Ability to work in Agile environments using tools like JIRA.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of other Azure services (Data Factory, Databricks).

- Experience with data architecture and integration technologies.

- Familiarity with cloud migration strategies.

- Exposure to onsite-offshore collaboration models.

Qualifications :

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Azure Synapse, MicroStrategy, and Power BI development.

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
