Role : Senior Red Hat AI / OpenShift AI Engineer / Architect

We are looking for highly skilled professionals to drive enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives using the Red Hat AI ecosystem.

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build scalable MLOps & GenAIOps pipelines

- Develop high-performance LLM/RAG and agentic AI solutions

- Implement GPU-optimized inference architectures using vLLM & llm-d

- Manage distributed AI workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift

- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and platform teams

- Create reusable reference architectures and best practices

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI)

- Experience with Python or Go

- Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, RAG & inference optimization

- Experience with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Understanding of MLOps, GenAIOps & distributed AI workloads

- Experience with vLLM, GPU optimization & large-scale inference

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of Granite models & agentic AI workflows

- Exposure to Kubernetes-native AI orchestration patterns
