Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML professional to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, while collaborating closely with AI engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and fine-tune LLMs for real-world applications.

- Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

- Work on projects using Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, etc.).

- Follow and contribute to best practices in model training, optimization, and deployment.

- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, and generative AI solutions.

- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams for scalable AI implementations.

- Support MLOps processes and cloud-based AI deployment.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.

- Strong expertise in LLM architectures and fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, etc.).

- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

- Experience delivering AI/ML projects in production environments.

- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
