Scrum Master / Project Manager

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong hands-on coding background to drive agile delivery and collaborate closely with development teams.

Job Description :

What Were Looking For :

- 6+ years of experience in software development - Developer (mandatory)

- 3+ years as Scrum Master / Project Manager in agile environments

- Python, Java, React skills as a Software Experience

- Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, microservices, and cloud concepts

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) are a plus

Responsibilities :

- Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and reviews

- Collaborate closely with developers and contribute to technical discussions

- Break down requirements into user stories and tasks

- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies

- Drive sprint delivery, track progress, and improve team performance

- Must have worked as developer for at least 3 years.
