- Lead and guide a team of Python developers

- Architect and develop scalable backend services

- Build cloud-native, serverless solutions (AWS Lambda)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

- Optimize performance and resolve complex backend issues

- Drive CI/CD and DevOps adoption

- Stay current with tech trends and tools

Qualifications :

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent

- 5+ years of strong hands-on Python experience

- Proficient in Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Hands-on with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway)

- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

- Familiar with CI/CD tools & automation pipelines

- Strong leadership and communication skills
