About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to drive business analysis, Agile project delivery, and process improvements. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and end users to gather and document requirements, manage Agile delivery, ensure process adherence, and facilitate the successful delivery of business solutions. Experience in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Lead business analysis and Agile project management activities, setting an example for the team.

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable JIRA work items.

- Establish and maintain requirements traceability for management, audit, and other stakeholders.

- Facilitate Agile adoption and ensure consistent implementation of Agile frameworks, policies, and procedures.

- Prioritise work, manage realistic timelines, forecast delivery, and communicate changes arising from risks and issues.

- Monitor project budgets, resource utilisation, scope, and delivery progress.

- Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and end users across multiple time zones, promoting effective communication and Agile practices.

- Develop reports and dashboards covering project plans, scope, status, team productivity, and data exceptions.

- Maintain project documentation and develop reusable templates.

Requirements :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Business Analysis, Agile Project Management, or Scrum Master roles.

- At least 5 years of experience working in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending.

- Strong experience working on Agile projects, preferably involving cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.

- Good understanding of Agile frameworks, SDLC, business analysis practices, and project delivery.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Gliffy, SharePoint, and Office 365.

- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques.

- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, traceability, reporting, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
