Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS), specifically Discrete versions 2022/2023. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring warehouse management processes, driving system integration, and supporting deployment activities.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete 2022/2023), including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and WMS configurations.

- Configure and optimize inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse operations within Blue Yonder WMS.

- Collaborate with operations, IT, logistics, and business teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

- Manage integration of Blue Yonder WMS with ERP, TMS, and other supply chain applications.

- Design and implement workflows and process automation to improve warehouse efficiency and operational performance.

- Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.

- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and user training for business and operational teams.

Requirements :

- 7 - 12 years of overall experience in supply chain applications, with at least 5 years of relevant Blue Yonder WMS experience.

- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Blue Yonder WMS, specifically Discrete versions 2022/2023.

- Strong functional knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

- Experience in end-to-end WMS implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Understanding of ERP, TMS, and other enterprise system integrations within supply chain environments.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and operational workflows.

- Experience in WMS upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
