Python Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

As a Python Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust web applications. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user stories into functional code. You will be responsible for building both the front-end and back-end components of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role directly impacts our users by delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet their needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and Django to support core application functionality and ensure data integrity.

- Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React.js, enhancing user experience and accessibility across various devices.

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, optimizing for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, improving code maintainability and reducing technical debt.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, aligning development efforts with business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain robust back-end systems using Python and Django, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Proven expertise in building dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces with React.js, enhancing user engagement and accessibility.

- Proficient in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, optimizing infrastructure for cost and efficiency.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern front-end development practices, enabling the creation of interactive and user-friendly applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration within agile development teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

- Adaptable to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration as needed in Pune, Bangalore, or Indore.
