Role & responsibilities :

- 5+ Years of experience in Python development, 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML scripting and model writing.

- Strong Python development for building scalable AI solutions.

- Design agent-based architectures with multi-step reasoning workflows.

- Work with LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate LLM pipelines.

- Implement observability and traceability to track requests end-to-end.

- Debug and optimize agent workflows and model interactions.

- Design testing and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.

- Validate outputs against ground truth and structured checks.

- Enable automated regression testing to ensure consistent model performance.
