Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise across Salesforce core clouds and modern platform capabilities.

The role requires hands-on development experience combined with a deep understanding of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable solutions, implementing complex business logic, and driving integrations while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- The candidate will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.

- They will work extensively on Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, console customizations, and case management workflows to enhance customer service operations.

- In Sales Cloud, they will manage functionalities related to opportunities, forecasting, quoting, and territory management.

- The role involves working with Data Cloud to manage data streams, identity resolution, profile unification, and activation processes.

- The candidate will build and maintain scalable backend logic using Apex, including triggers, batch processes, and queueable jobs.

- They will develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and ensure efficient data handling using SOQL.

- The developer will also handle integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and work with Platform Events and Flows to enable event-driven and automated processes.

- They will participate in CI/CD processes using tools like SFDX, Git, and Copado, ensuring smooth deployment cycles and version control.

- Additionally, the role requires collaboration with stakeholders, participation in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.

Must Have Skills :

- The candidate must have hands-on experience with Agentforce and strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, console customization, and case management.

- They should have working knowledge of Data Cloud, including data streams, identity resolution, profile unification, and activation.

- Strong experience in Sales Cloud functionalities such as opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, and territory management is required.

- They must possess expert-level proficiency in Apex development, including triggers, batch classes, and queueable jobs, along with strong experience in Lightning Web Components.

- A solid understanding of SOQL, Platform Events, and Flows is essential.

- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs is required.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as SFDX, Git, and Copado is also necessary.

Certifications :

- Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.

- Platform Developer II is strongly preferred.

- Certifications in Data Cloud Consultant and Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.

Core Competencies :

- The candidate should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with the ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

- They should be comfortable working in Agile environments, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds.

- They should be capable of handling complex implementations, integrations, and large-scale enterprise solutions while taking ownership of end-to-end delivery
