Business Analyst (Scrum Master) Healthcare & EMR Focus

Location : Hyderabad (On-site)

Key Skills Required :

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience

- 3+ years as Scrum Master, preferably in agile SaaS environments

- Strong Healthcare/EMR domain knowledge

- Experience with Jira, writing user stories, MoMs, and creating SRS, wireframes, workflows

- Hands-on with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Comfortable with client communication, KT sessions, documentation, and change management

- Familiar with U healthcare domain or financial projects is a plus

- Bachelor's degree preferred

Role Overview :

- Gather and analyze business requirements in coordination with Product Owners

- Prepare SRS, process diagrams, wireframes, and business documentation

- Act as a liaison between on-site and offshore teams

- Support the dev team with KT sessions and clarify requirements

- Respond to RFPs, assist with business charters, and ensure timely project updates

- Conduct research and propose product enhancements and industry-aligned improvements

- Champion transparency, service orientation, and cross-team collaboration
