Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance Amazon Connect and AWS cloud-based contact center solutions.

The role will be responsible for AWS Connect administration, cloud infrastructure, integrations, solution design, troubleshooting, security, scalability, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will also provide technical guidance, evaluate existing environments, and support junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions and related AWS services.

- Manage and administer AWS Connect environments, including configuration, enhancements, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting Amazon Connect and web applications.

- Design scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective AWS cloud solutions.

- Analyze existing AWS Connect and application infrastructure and recommend improvements.

- Work on Amazon Connect integrations with applications, APIs, databases, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

- Provide technical input for solution design, architecture, and implementation decisions.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.

- Support deployment, maintenance, incident resolution, and production troubleshooting.

- Ensure AWS and Amazon Connect solutions follow security, availability, scalability, and operational best practices.

- Evaluate and implement enhancements to improve contact-center capabilities and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, clients, vendors, and other technical teams.

- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior AWS/Connect engineers.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Development, DevOps, AWS, or Cloud Engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

- Experience in AWS Connect administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud architecture.

- Experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of AWS security, scalability, availability, and performance.

- Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based application architecture.

- Ability to analyze existing infrastructure and recommend technical improvements.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal (CEFR B2 or above).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.

- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and other AWS services.

- Experience with Amazon Connect contact flows, routing, queues, agents, and telephony configurations.

- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of AWS automation and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of CompTIA Security+ and information security principles.

Ideal Candidate :

- A hands-on AWS Connect Engineer with strong Amazon Connect and AWS cloud experience who can independently manage Connect environments, design integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve the reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency of cloud-based contact center solutions.
