Job Title : Senior RPA Developer - Blue Prism

Mode : Work from Office - Gurugram

Experience :

- 5+ years of overall RPA experience

- Minimum 3 - 4 years in Blue Prism (mandatory)

Primary Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism development

Expertise in :

1. Process Studio & Object Studio

2. Business Objects development and reuse

3. Work Queues (advanced usage - prioritization, retries, exception cases)

4. Exception handling (System vs Business exceptions)

5. Control Room operations (scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting)

6. Environment variables & Credential Manager

Strong experience in :

1. Surface Automation / Region Mode (when required)

2. Application Modeller (Win32, Web, Java modes)

End-to-End RPA Lifecycle Experience :

- Process discovery & feasibility assessment

- Solution design (SDD, PDD understanding)

- Development & unit testing

- UAT support & defect resolution

- Deployment & release management

- Production support & bot monitoring

Secondary Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate

- Exposure to multiple RPA tools is a strong advantage

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of RPA design principles & best practices

Good knowledge of :

1. SQL / relational databases

2. APIs & Web Services (REST / SOAP)

3. JSON / XML handling

4. Excel, PDF, Email & file-based automation

Familiarity with :

1. Version control tools (Git, SVN, etc.)

2. Release management practices

Understanding of :

1. Security & credential management (Blue Prism Credential Manager)

2. Access control, audit logs & governance

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Blue Prism automation solutions

- Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.

- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.

- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.

- Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.

- Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

- Creating and maintaining PDD, SDD

- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Perform Unit testing, UAT support, Production issue resolution

- Monitor bot performance and optimize for : Stability, Scalability, Performance

- Ensure compliance with : RPA standards, Security policies, Coding best practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management

- Ability to work independently and in Agile teams

- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers
