The Head of Engineering will own engineering & AI strategy, execution, and culture across the organization.

This leader will be responsible for scaling the engineering platform across : .

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering Leadership & Platform Scaling :

- Own the end-to-end engineering roadmap (front-end, back-end, AI, Computer Vision), architecture, and execution strategy.

- Scale the platform to support rapid ARR growth, increased customer complexity, and higher data volumes.

- Ensure best-in-class scalability, reliability, security, and availability.

- Drive engineering decisions that balance speed, robustness, and long-term maintainability.

People & Culture :

- Build, mentor, and retain a high-caliber engineering & AI team.

- Foster a people-first culture with psychological safety, ownership, and accountability.

- Coach engineering managers and senior engineers to grow into leaders.

- Motivate teams to deliver robust, production-grade releases, not just fast code.

System design and architecture :
