Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to design, develop, and govern scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, selecting appropriate technologies, ensuring best practices, and mentoring development teams.

The role also requires working knowledge of Python for building microservices, automation, integrations, and data processing use cases.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Define and own the overall application architecture for Java-based enterprise systems.

- Design scalable, secure, high-availability solutions using Java, Spring ecosystem, Python, and cloud technologies.

- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and design specifications.

- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.

- Drive adoption of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.

- Review code and provide technical guidance and mentorship to Java and Python developers.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

- Support cloud migration, modernization, and legacy system transformation.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.

- Leverage Python for automation, scripting, data processing, and service integrations where applicable.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, JVM internals

- Extensive experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud

- Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture

- Working experience with Python (Flask / Fast API / Django preferred)

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API design, SOAP (optional)

- Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate / JPA)

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.)

- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)

- Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles

- Familiarity with security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, SSL, OWASP)

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

- Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture

- Knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular / React) for architectural alignment

- Experience in high-volume, distributed systems

- Python experience in data engineering, automation, or AI/ML integrations

Education :
