Role :

Incorta Senior Engineer.

Required Technical Skill Set :

- Incorta Analytics Platform : Hands-on experience in building schemas, dashboards, and business views using Incorta.

- Data Modeling : Strong skills in data modeling, schema design, and direct data mapping using Incortas Direct Data Mapping engine.

- SQL & Data Sources : Proficiency in SQL and experience integrating with various data sources (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, SAP, flat files).

- Dashboard Design : Expertise in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs.

- Performance Tuning : Experience in optimizing data models and dashboards for performance.

- Design and build efficient physical schemas to integrate and model data from various source systems.

- Develop and implement business schemas to provide users with ease-to-use, high performance access to integrated data.

- Creating compelling and insightful visualizations to communicate data effectively.

- Managing and transforming data using data flows, including exploring, analysing, creating aggregated datasets, and implementing incremental processing.

- Connecting to various data sources, both Oracle and non-Oracle, and integrating data for analysis.

- Preparing data for analytics by using built-in data prep and enrichment capabilities.

- Building and publishing a consistent view of data through metrics and KPIs.

- Provide ongoing support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to data accuracy, system performance or visualization.

- Facilitating collaboration and sharing of insights and dashboards with business users.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the data models and visualizations align with business requirements.

Desired Experience Range :

5+ years of experience in data warehousing, BI, and/or Incorta-related roles are typically expected.

Location of Requirement : PAN India.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

- Hands-on experience with the Incorta platform, including schema development and dashboard creation.

- Strong SQL knowledge and data transformation skills.

- Ability to model complex business requirements into scalable and performant Incorta schemas.

- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Incorta dashboards.

- Hands on experience in developing and managing data models, schemas and dashboards using Incorta platform.

- Strong experience in data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI tools is crucial.

- Familiarity with Incorta architecture, capabilities, and best practices is essential.

- Proficiency in creating interactive and insightful dashboards and visualizations using Incorta.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve data quality, performance, and optimization issues.

Good-to-Have :

- Understanding of Oracle products like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).

- Good understanding of ETL concepts and direct data mapping strategies.

- Strong understanding of physical schema and business schema design principles.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database structures, SQL queries, and performance tuning.

- Experience integrating Incorta with enterprise systems like Oracle EBS.

- Familiarity with scripting (Python/Shell) for automation and deployment.

- Experience with data security, access control, and user role configurations in Incorta.

- Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

- Collaborate with business and data teams to gather requirements and build Incorta schemas and dashboards accordingly.

- Develop and optimize data models, business views, and reports in the Incorta platform.

- Perform regular maintenance, enhancements, and performance tuning of Incorta artifacts.

- Troubleshoot data pipeline and dashboard issues, ensuring data quality and system reliability.

- Participate in Agile practices including sprint planning, demos, grooming sessions, and documentation.
