About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior SoC Verification Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of industry experience in SoC-level verification. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in UVM-based testbench development, ARM M-core architecture, and C programming for embedded systems. This is a high-impact role requiring strong debug skills and experience working with industry-standard verification platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain UVM-based testbenches and testcases for SoC-level verification.

- Perform functional verification of SoC designs with a focus on quality, coverage, and performance.

- Work closely with design and architecture teams to understand design intent and verification scope.

- Conduct debug using waveforms, disassembly, and Tarmac trace to isolate and resolve issues.

- Validate ARM M-core based subsystems and interfaces including AHB/APB, DMA, Interrupts, and Cache systems.

- Utilize industry tools like Cadence/Synopsys VIP and SimVision for simulation and debugging.

- Ensure high verification coverage using assertions, functional coverage, and code coverage techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and firmware for end-to-end validation.

- Document verification plans, test specifications, and coverage metrics.

- Contribute to automation and continuous integration (CI) initiatives for improving verification efficiency.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).

- Hands-on expertise in ARM M-core (Cortex-M) architecture.

- Proficient in C programming for embedded systems.

- Deep understanding of AMBA protocols AHB, APB, and DMA architecture.

- Knowledge of interrupts, cache mechanisms, and SoC-level architecture.


- Familiarity with SimVision, Tarmac trace, and waveform-based debugging.

- Experience with Cadence/Synopsys VIPs for protocol and interface validation.

- Exposure to peripheral protocols such as SPI, I2C, I3C, CAN, LIN (nice to have).

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-team collaboration.
