Duties and Responsibilities :

- Strategy and leadership : Define overall automation testing strategy, Create QA roadmaps and implement best practices for automation

- Framework Development : Design, develop and maintain robust automated testing Frameworks

- Team Management : Train and mentor QA automation engineers; manage team performance and development

- Process and Integration : Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, optimize workflows and drive continuous improvements in testing processes.
