Incedo - Technical Program Manager - SDLC

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple technical programs.

- Collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align program objectives.

- Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.

- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Monitor program performance using KPIs, delivery metrics, and status reports.

- Work closely with software development teams to understand technical architecture, implementation challenges, and integration dependencies.

- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, delivery efficiency, and quality standards.

- Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, security requirements, and technical best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong software development background with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Proven experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

- Working knowledge of .NET and/or Java technologies.

- Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native application architectures.

- Excellent program management, planning, and execution skills.

- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication abilities.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
