Role Overview :

We are seeking a Platform Delivery Support Engineer with strong experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to support the installation, maintenance, and operational stability of enterprise identity platforms.

This role will focus on cloud infrastructure, security compliance, and day-to-day platform support, ensuring secure and reliable identity services across the organization.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, security-focused, and comfortable working in cloud environments while collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CIAM/IAM platforms

- Manage and support identity infrastructure in AWS cloud environments

- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards such as PCI DSS and PKI DSS

- Support authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) services

- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow

- Work within Change Management processes to ensure stable and compliant deployments

- Use JIRA to track work items, incidents, enhancements, and delivery tasks

- Monitor platform health and perform proactive troubleshooting and issue resolution

- Support CI/CD pipelines and build tools for platform deployments

- Assist with integrations using SOAP and REST APIs

- Communicate clearly during incidents, releases, and operational activities

Required skills :

- Mandatory experience in the CIAM domain

- Experience installing and maintaining at least one leading IAM platform (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Transmit Security)

- Strong hands-on experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure

- Mandatory knowledge of PCI DSS / PKI DSS compliance standards

- Experience with CI/CD or build tools such as Jenkins or ElectricFlow

- Mandatory experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions

- Mandatory experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management

- Mandatory experience using JIRA for task tracking and delivery management

- Familiarity with Change Management processes and governance

Strong understanding of :

- Authentication, authorization, and SSO

- OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), federation

- JWT (JSON Web Tokens)

- Hands-on experience with LDAP

- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and commands

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform

- Experience supporting high-availability, security-critical platforms

- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and logging tools
