We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer to join our team in Chennai or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and be proficient in building and managing data pipelines using modern tools and technologies.

Key Skills Required :

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Strong experience in BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.

- PySpark - Expertise in handling large-scale data processing.

- Apache Airflow - Knowledge of DAG creation and orchestration for scheduling workflows.

- Python - Solid programming skills for automation and data transformation.

- Teradata - (Good to have) experience with Teradata data warehouse systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines on GCP.

- Implement workflow orchestration using Airflow DAGs.

- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to deliver high-quality data solutions.

- Optimize PySpark jobs for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- GCP Certification (Data Engineer or Architect) is a plus.

- Experience in large-scale data migration or modernization projects is desirable.
